How did you come to work at CE?
I was a full time parent with no inkling of which way I wanted to head with my career.  I just knew I wanted to do something challenging.  I saw my sister achieving at CE and quickly realised that if I had the opportunity and worked hard at CE, that I could achieve too.

What appealed to you about joining CE?
I could see that if I wanted a career, this would be a great place to work.  The opportunities were endless.  I also found the culture appealing, everyone seemed really happy and to enjoy their work.

What do you like best about working for CE?
The people.  I want to come in to work every day and work with a great bunch of people.  Also, the scope of the business is great.  There’s so much to learn you could never get stale.

What makes you stay working at CE?
The role I am in is challenging and I like challenges.  And CE has also changed me as a person by bringing out my confidence, I used to be a self conscious, shy type of person.
The customers are great too – I have made some great relationships with them.  That’s part of what has made me successful in my role.

What advice would you offer someone who is considering joining CE?
If you work hard and believe in yourself, you will succeed.  Show initiative, don’t be a passenger and you will be rewarded.
