We have national and local reward and recognition programs varying from our bi-annual performance planning and review (PPR) process through to our customer mania recognition and reward program.  We are constantly reviewing our rewards and recognition programs to encourage and recognise high performance. Such programs operate throughout the organisation so that all team members are involved.
