After 5 months of extensive testing and subject to our final quality checking we will be transitioning to SAP as from the 6th April 2010.  In the vast majority of cases you will see no impact or change in the way you do business with us. The basic process of placing orders, receiving goods and services, receiving and paying invoices will operate much the same as they are today.

For our NetXpress customers your interaction with our business will not change. For our B2B / EDI customers we will continue to use our industry leading and flexible WebMethods platform to manage our electronic transactions.

Important Dates

To facilitate the data transfer between our legacy system and SAP it will be necessary to install an early cut off of 1PM for the receipt of orders, on Thursday 1st April that are to be processed for delivery on Tuesday 6th April  (please note Friday the 2nd April and Monday the 5th April are public holidays).

To avoid possible disappointment we would ask for your assistance in placing your orders well before the Easter Break allowing for plenty of time for delivery.

Thursday 1st April -  Early Cut off 1.00pm for orders
Friday 2nd April –  Closed Public Holiday – Good Friday
Monday 5th April –  Closed Public Holiday  - Easter Monday
Tuesday 6th April –  Open 8.00am Standard delivery schedule

Listed below is a revised delivery schedule:
– All orders placed before the 1PM cut off on Thursday 1st April will be delivered as usual on Tuesday 6th April.
– All orders placed after the 1PM cut off on Thursday 1st April will be delivered on Wednesday 7th April.
